Minor Balance Hotfix

Sensei: Stats changed to 2/1.
Salahar Voyager: Cost increased to (5).
Dwarf Paladin: HP increased to 4.
Andvor Cleric: Attack increased to 2.
Faithful Drake: HP increased to 3.
Season of Growth: Redesigned. Now costs (5) and summons 3 Sunflowers.
War Party: Redesigned. (3) Summon 3 random 3-Cost units, but they instantly attack ANY random target.

Single Card Update

Corpse Explosion: Now instantly detonates 3 tombs, but the damage cannot hit tombs. Cost increased to (5).
Dev Note: Having this card effectively detonate all the player’s tombs at once was overshadowing other tomb uses. By limiting the number of tombs it can destroy, we leave more room for other tomb cards to be useful.

Card Update

Document Forgery: Design Updated. Now costs (8), and activates the Last Will of all friendly units that have died this game. The previous design of this card activated all last will units currently on the battlefield, which rewards the player for creating a static game state and accumulating units. This new design rewards the player for making aggressive use of their units and playing the game actively.

We have another small gameplay improvement and balance patch that we think players will appreciate. Enjoy the shiny packs and the update!

PATCH NOTES
Mystic Panda: Trap benefit changes to 'Draw a card and it costs (2) less.' This was largely a thematic change, as we felt that summoning random units doesn’t fit the mystical vibe of the panda.
Dwarven Greed: Item discarding bonus changed to 'Draw a card' instead of more treasure.
Dev Note: We’ve noticed in testing of future releases that allowing so much treasure gain on a neutral card could enable extremely broken early game interactions. Changing the bonus to draw preserves its strong value incentive for discarding an Item.
Power Sink: Cost increased to (2), and it no longer draws as a backup function.
Dev Note: Power Sink was performing too well for a grief card, and we think it was undercosted for its power.
Dancing Swords: HP increased to 2.
Curse of Death: Cost reduced to (2).
Rakanoth: Attack increased to 7.
Burnout: Cost reduced to (2).
Tunnel Collapse: Item count reduced to 2.
Hypothermia: Effect increased to -2/-2.

Mystic Panda: Drawn cards now have their costs reduced by (1) instead of (2). This card is pretty dang broken and will continue to be very worthwhile at the reduced value!

Level Display Update

Hello everyone, we've updated the game UI to display the player's lifetime level earned instead of their current battle pass level. We have been tracking this in our database since launch, so for long time players this change will result in an immediate large increase in your displayed level. We think players will better enjoy seeing a total level accumulate over time that never resets or goes down.

We're tweaking the price and power level of some cards to improve meta balance, but are not doing any redesigns. These small shifts should greatly improve the overall health of the game.

Parrot: Cost increased to (5).
Document Forgery: Cost increased to (9).
Daggerstorm: Cost increased to (3).
Man the Cannons: Cost increased to (5).
Blaze: Cost increased to (4).
Yaarhym Lightning: Cost increased to (4).
Earth Knight: Heal reduced to 2.
Frog Prince: HP reduced to 4.
Triceratops: Attack bonus reduced to 1.
Magmasaur: HP reduced to 3.
Brontosaurus: Attack reduced to 4.
Lava Giant: Stats reduced to 1/5.
Command Crab: Bonus changed to CHARGE instead of BERSERK.

New Battle Pass!

This season's battle pass has an exclusive newly released card, the War Cow! In order to time things with the upcoming mobile launch, the duration of this battle pass is also slightly reduced from normal.

Document Forgery: Now limits the number of Last Will activations to 3 (was unlimited).
Owlbear: HP reduced to 4 (was 5).
Merchant’s Favor: Cost increased to 2 (was 1).
